Default Pivot Tables - Text From Source Being Truncated

Hi, I have a source file that I am using in my pivot table. It is text
information. There are 118 (602 char) words in the source file for the field,
but in the pivot, only 43 words (211 char) appear. How can I expand this to
include all text/char?
Thanks,

Kathie

In Excel 2003 and earlier versions, there's a 255 character limit to
text cells in a pivot table, and you can't increase that limit.
In Excel 2007 the limit is much higher, about 32K.
