Sub Compare2Shts()
For Each Cell In Worksheets("CompareSheet#1").UsedRange
If Cell.Value < Worksheets("CompareSheet#2").Range(Cell.Address) Then
Cell.Interior.ColorIndex = 3
End If
Next

For Each Cell In Worksheets("CompareSheet#2").UsedRange
