Default Can I fill colour in a excel cell from a return from an "IF" test.

I have entered an "if" statement in excel to return true or false . Can I
additionally change the cell fill colour automatically based on the Returned
value eg True - blue or False - red

Look up 'Highlight cells that meet specific conditions' in the Answer
