hiding specific cells

another suggestion is that if the data is necessary to your work then you might save that file to a flash drive that you can insert and remove quickly. regards FSt1 "Ashley" wrote: I have an employee spreadsheet that I need to hide the pay amounts for so that only I can see them by inputting a password.
