Default navigation to a previous cell on other tab?

Is it possible to use a cell on a tab in a workbook that could be set to
navigate back to the last cell on another tab in the workbook. This would
make things like action item summaries easier, and let you go back to where
you have copied data form.

If you jump somewhere using a hyperlink, you can jump back with
ALT-BACKARROW
