Default formula for calculating 401k if over or equal to 1 yr of service .

i am tring to create a fromula to calculate a 401k contrubution if there is
equal to or greater than 1 yr of service the contribution is 3%.

Hi!

You haven't provided enough details for a specific
solution so here's my best guess!

You have a starting date in A1 and a salary figure in B1:

=(TODAY()=DATE(YEAR(A1)+1,MONTH(A1),DAY(A1)))*0.0 3*B1
