Default Hiding zero values but being able to display 12am

Idiotically simple I hope, but cannot figure it out. Have 2 schedules; one
displays 12am, another one doesn't. Can use it for calculations, just can't
see it. Only one one though! Other schedule works fine. Both have "hide
zeros" checked as there is a lot of other stuff. Played forever with formats,
paste special formats only from one to another - nothing works. What am I
missing here???
