Default Round in Excel 2007

I get the error window "too few arguments" when attempting to use the Round
function, whether keyed in directly, or using the Function Wizard, but other
functions I have tried appear to work correctly, so the syntax of the form
=ROUND(A1,2) appears correct.

Is there a known solution to this problem?
