I am trying to create a database of potential volunteers, including each date
we have made contact with them. There are a lot that have not replied to emails for whatever reason so I want to follow-up with them. I just need to know when to contact them again. There's got to be a way to use excel to calculate the next date each person needs to be contacted again. For example, 2 weeks from their last contact date, so then I can just sort by date, and see who should be e-mailed each day. I know it can be done but anything I find wants me to pay for it. I'm not sure if this is the best way to set this up or not but I want this info in my database. So far I just have these columns (so I can sort each) NEXT CONTACT, Initial, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, Last Name, First Name, Position, Address, Phone, Email What is the best way to set this up and what formulas should I use? |
