I am trying to import contact information from an excel 2003 spreadsheet to
outlook. When I go to outlook to import the information it says "an error has occured in the microsoft excel translator while getting the contents of file system. The excel file has no named ranges. Use excel to name the range of data you want to import" I do not know how to name the range of data in exel, no matter what I try to do. Can someone please tell me how to do that? Thanks |

It's better to save the Excel file as *.CSV, then import as a comma
separated value (windows) file. -- Regards, Peo Sjoblom "scooter" wrote in message ... I am trying to import contact information from an excel 2003 spreadsheet to outlook.
