Default Cell Color (background & text) Different in Shared Workbooks

Hi Sonya,
Try putting this code into the "ThisWorkbook" window of the VBA:

Private Sub Workbook_Open()
ActiveWorkbook.ResetColors
End Sub

Each time the workbook is opened, all colours will be reset to their
original defaults, hopefully bringing the uniformity you want.
