What do you mean by "all"? Paste Special is there so you can paste only a part. "All" suggests you simply want Paste, not Paste Special. Usually all you have to do is hit Enter to paste in Excel. If you want row or column sizes to copy/paste, you have to copy/paste the entire row or column. If you want to copy/paste an entire worksheet complete with row and column sizes, you can either right-click the tab and select Move or Copy (this will also include Print settings), or you can click on the little rectangle where the row and column headers meet, then copy, then do a normal Paste in the new sheet (this will not include Print settings). |

Double-Click the the "column-line" at the top I'm not sure about this. Do you mean an Excel "object"? Like a graph or picture? If you mean the rows and columns of a sheet, I don't think I can add anything to my first post. Copy the entire column (not just your data) to get column widths to copy. If you want to duplicate an entire file, I usually find it easier to do it in Windows Explorer, not in Excel. Simply drag it to the new location while holding down CTRL, then rename it. Alternatively, in Excel, press F12 for Save As and save a new copy with a new name. Either of these is much faster than trying to paste into a blank file. |
