Default how do I delete existing Excel headers/footers?

Would like to know the process for deleting existing headers/footers please?

From the menu, choose File | Page Setup

Go to the Header/Footer tab

From each drop down box (1 for Header, one for Footer) select 'none'

Click on OK

Select File | Page setup | Header/Footer tab | select "none" in the drop
down boxes
