Got it!
Robin, you need to define your print range first. Select the range you want to print, then click Print Area - Set Print Area on the Page Layout tab (in the Page Setup area). Once you do that, click the Print Titles button in the same area; the buttons to set the titles will no longer be greyed out. Enjoy! "RobinT50" wrote: I am trying to put the column headings at the top of each page of a spreadsheet. I've tried doing this via 'Print Preview' and 'Page Layout' 'Print Titles'. In both cases the dialogue box won't accept any input. I'm using Excel 2007 - Home & Student Edition. Any suggestions. Regards, Robin |
