Default multiple if statements

I have 3 date columns (Columns A, B, C) and I need one formula (Column D) to
return the following all inclusive result. I can get some of it to work but
no all. HELP! And thanks.

IF B1=A1 =NETWORKDAYS
IF C1=A1 =NA
IF B1<A1 =ERROR
IF C1 OR B1 is blank =0
