Default can't find map button in Excel in Office Standard Edition 2003

I have MS Office Standard Edition 2003 and am using an old book to teach me
excel. The book is MS Excel 2000 Step by Step. In the last lesson it tells me
to go to the Tools menu click Cusomize in the Categories list, click Insert
and Drag the Map icon from the commonds onto the Standard toolbar.. I can't
find a Map button. How would I access this?
