Default Is clicking on the tab with my mouse the only way to move from on.

Ir find clicking with the mouse rathre tedious when working with up to 10
worksheets in a workbook. Is there no way to simply tab through them?

You can use Ctrl-Page Down and up

ctrl+page dn or page up
or
right click the arrow at the bottom just before the 1st tab and select the
sheet desired.
