Default how do I set up book keeping on office

I wish to set up a book keepig system for my taxi company. I need advise on
how to do it

Get QuickBooks or Quicken or some such program designed specifically for
bookkeeping. Office is probably too general for your needs. These types of
programs offer Accounts Payable, Payroll, general accounting, inventory
control, Depreciation, etc.
