Default Excel file on your web

I read that you can post your Excel file on your web and any one can interact
and make changes to that workbook.

How?

For me to put any file to my directory in the web I have to use an FTP
program and then I need to logon before I can transfer any files.

If nay one knows how or he can direct me to a site that has information
about it I will appreciated.

Thank You

Kosta
