Default what formula for summing if two logical statements are true?

I am trying to automatically sum numbers in a spreadsheet according to person
and project task - so what formula do I use to sum #s with if two logical
statements are true, e.g, if d16:d60 = "Kelly" and e16:e60 = "tasks 1.5"?
