cell d21 is formatted to currency/zero decimals and contains the value $4,104

cell k10 is formatted to general

in cell k10 I put the following formula
=concatenate("<",d21)
the result in cell k10 is <4103.559020548

I would like to see just <4104

This should do it -

=CONCATENATE("<",ROUND(D21,0))

In cell K10, you can use the TEXT function to format the number:

="<" & TEXT(D21,"0")
