how to re-arrange the dates in a assending order
Ascending order means the oldest date is first, the most recent last.
Click any cell in the date field, click the Sort Ascending butto or Data menu, Sort, Select the field to sort by, click OK. "Pius" wrote: how to re-arrange the dates in a assending order, which are already in the worksheet |

how to re-arrange the dates in a assending order
Highlight the dates, together with any other columns of data that you
want to keep on the same row as the date, then click on Data | Sort - you will be presented with a variety of options, including sort order for up to three key fields. Ensure that you check the appropriate Header Row or No Header, then click OK. Hope this helps.
