Default Archiving an Excel Sheet

Hello,

Is there any way to automatically archive a backup copy of an excel
spreadsheet like once per week for example?

Thanks

You can control the frequency with which Excel saves: Tools Options Save

I use Winzip to archive any documents, as often as I'd like. Right now I
archive several directories onto my ISP's online folder automatically
twice per week. You should check into features like that..., external
programs.
