HOW DO I INSERT A MULTICHOICE SELECTOR IN EXCEL?

I AM TRYING TO INSERT A MULTIPLE CHOICE SELECTOR INTO AN EXCEL WORKSHEET. IE
"HOW MANY PEOPLE 1, 2 OR 3, TO BE SELECTABLE LIKE WHEN WINDOWS GIVES YOU A
CHOICE OF 3 OPTIONS
