Default COUNTIF - 2 conditions

Help!

I need help with a formula.

Driver schedules are assigned with D = DAYTIME, E = EVENING, X = OFF, V=
Vacation.

(Driver Frank is available Monday DE , Jerry is Off)

The green column should be the sum of all drivers that are available Daytime
(D or DE) and also if they are qualified to do Tours (check for TOURS in the
rows above). Frank Danny Jerry and SMitty are Tour Qualified. Doug is NOT.

The number in the Green column for Monday should be 2 (Frank and Danny).

Thanks!
