Default hide zeros on pivot table

Click the down arrow on the Row or Column, and uncheck zero. You could also
try double-clicking one of the pivots and choose Subtotals None OK.

Default hide zeros on pivot table

I don't know if you can hide zeros just for the pivot table, but if you
select Tools Options View and uncheck Zero values, they will be hidden
everywhere on that sheet (including the pivot table).
