How do you simulate an unfair spinner or die?

You don't say how you want to have the die being unfair. This will give a 6
for 50% of the time, 3 for 25% of the time and the other numbers for 8 1/3%
of the time:

=CHOOSE(INT(RAND()*12+1),1,2,3,3,3,4,5,6,6,6,6,6)
