Default Ordering cells with texts boxes in Excel

Excel can show in a text box the content of a cell, just clicking in the text
box and puting in it a formula with the relative reference to the cell:
I insert text box on the cell A1 and refer to the contents of cell B2
insering in the text box the formula =B2.
I continue with the same procedure in successives rows of a list.
I set the propriety in the format of text boxes to moving but not
dimentioning.
But when I order the list by column 2 the contents of text boxes are rong
because Excel consider the reference to cells as absolute!
No error appears, but on each row the text box does not match with the right
cell.

Can anybody help me to solve this strange behaviour of Excel?
