Default Function dosn't work in Excel 2007 but did in 2003

I have a worksheet which was created in Excel 2003. after upgrading to 2007
it containes a function =number.workingdays(A1;A2) which dosn't work. If I
open the worksheet in 2007, and dobbelt click on the function then it works.

Is there something I have to change in the settings, so the function works
automatically?
