I have a range of zip codes that I want to sort. I want to sort it by the
5th digit with a qualifier of a minimum of 15 in one zip code. If it has for
example, "15" 97201's then it would show 97201-5. If there was less than 15
and more than 9 it would show it as 97201-3. If it has less than 10 it would
show it as 97201-AADC. I would want it to read throught all zip codes. At
the end I would have a breakdown of 5 digit, 3 digit and AADC for all zip in
a colum.
