Convert numbers to words

I am trying to create a check template, where I convert a number into words,
For example, I am trying to convert a cell A1 with the value $612.38 to
words in A2.

A1 $612.38
A2 Six hundred twelve and 38/100

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
