Importing into excel PROBLEMS
Please help i am importing lots of barcodes into excel they have an R
in front eg.R80255112 and excel automatically converts them to rands eg.R 802,551,12 which is unsuitable. When i change it to text it cuts out the R. I am also importing a datestamp which is meant to be 2008-01-08 12:40:49.827PM but it comes out 2008-01-08T12:40:49.827+02:00.Please any suggestions |
Importing into excel PROBLEMS
Specifically, how are you importing the data........and from what type
source? Some methods allow the formatting to TEXT during the transition. If possible, you may be able to put a leading Alpha character or two on the numbers before importing and remove later.........
