I have different worksheets entitled: Sales Orders, Quotes, RFQ's,
etc.... and I want to input, for instance, part numbers on only one sheet and have it copy the numbers to the remaining sheets in the specified cells. I know this may be a basic question, but I really am stupid when it comes to excel. Can anybody help me? |

Select all sheets except the source sheet by CTRL + Click on the sheet tabs.
In A1 on active sheet type an = sign then click on tab of source sheet. Select a cell and hit ENTER. Ungroup the sheets. Each A1 of each sheet is linked to source sheet cell. OR You could select a range of cells on source sheet and Copy, group the other sheets then on active sheet EditPaste SpecialPaste LinksOKEsc. Ungroup the sheets. More on "linking" in Help.
