Now I have to keep month-wise record according Rep. & type a letter (List of
document) when send the document to our head office. Now I f want solution of
two problem -
1) Sl No. will be continue if Rep. Id is same. example as below -

2) Document list (PAN No) automatically copy from database to letter by
matching letter date with send date, I have designed in excel sheet to
write a letter for send document to our head office like
