Default How do I merge two spreadsheets so it removes the duplicates?

Is there a way to merge to large spreadsheets together so that it will
automatically remove the duplicates so that only one of the same enteries
remain? Thank you for your help!

Chip's got lots of ideas there on dealing with duplicates.
