Default How can i recreate a list without errors

I receive a huge list of data results from a supplier weekly with a varying
amount of rows of data. In the first row there are all numbers, in the second
row the are numbers with chunks of about 30 rows every now and agin with #N/A
in them, is there a way i can get excel to plot the 2nd row in column three
with the #N/A's missing and the gaps cut out so it is still a continuous list
albeit several rows shorter? i think countif may be able to do this or a
macro maybe?
