Default How do I set up a conditional format with more than three options.

In the conditional formatting menu, excel only allows a maximum of 3 options.
Is there a way to add additional conditions. For example if the cell A1 = 1
colour = red, if 2 then blue, if 3 then yellow, if 4 then green.
