Has anyone experienced problems with Macros when upgrading to Off.

We have recently upgraded from Office 97 to Office 2003 and are experiencing
an issue with Macros in Excel. They do not work and need to be recreated.
Does anyone know of a fix for this, so that all Macros do not need to be
recreated?
