I have a column of labels to start @ M62242 & increases by 1 [ 80 cells per
page ( 4 X20 ) ] How do I do it? [ Avery labels 5167 ]

The best way of producing labels is to use Word's mail merge facility (which
can take its input from an Excel file). Mail merge recognises Avery 5167 as
one of its standard options.

Sorry, I didnt word my question better. How do I get excel to extend the
numbers of the cells without me having to number each cell one at a time.
Example M62242 for the first cell. Below or beside it M62243 then M62244 on &
on?

If you type M62242 in the first cell, grab the fill handle (little square in
the bottom right hand corner of the cell) and drag down, it'll probably fill
the series.
If not, type M62242 in the first cell, M62243 in the next cell, select the
two cells, grab the fill handle and drag down.

Enter M62244 in a cell.

Right-click on the fill handle of that cell(lower right corner) and drag down or
across as far as you wish.

Release the button and "Fill Series".
