Default Font color macro

Hi! I'd like to know if anyone knows a way to create a cell with a button of
some sort or like a colour pallete that pops out when you choose a cell that
can change the font of another cell.

Say CELL A:1 had {HELLO}
I'd like the user to be able to change the color of A:1's CELL by clicking
on B:1 with a pallette option.

Thank you in advance.
