Default content deleted HELP!

I just eneterd content in coded cells that went into a formula, I
accidentally hit "end" & "home" then all my content got deleted. Is there
any way to go back and retrieve the unsaved data?

Default content deleted HELP!

hi,

Unfortunately the key phrase here is "unsaved", so it is unlikely you can
get it back - have you tried [ctrl + z] (the undo button)?

as an aside (I think I misunderstood your problem when I started typing)...
To prevent overtyping formulae by mistake it is often helpful to "unlock"
the data entry cells (using [ctrl +1] - protection, untick "locked" (the
default is locked) and then "protect" the worksheet (using [alt + t + p],
choose options including an optional password).
