Try this:
=SUMPRODUCT((B1:B100<=DATE(2008,7,31)) I've assumed your dates are in B1:B100 - adjust to suit. Hope this helps. Pete On Nov 16, 7:18 pm, Dan Soleau <Dan wrote: I have two columns.
