Default how to i add hrs that will have total more than 24hrs

version - excel 2003

i wanted to add number of hrs say 3:00, 5:20, 7:00,5:00, 5:50. Now the
answer i should get is 26:10 but what i get is 2:10 that is above 24 hrs.
could you please help me with this and above format is in hrs:mm

=TEXT(SUM(A8:A12),"[hh]:mm")
