AutoFilter Unavailable?
Why would auto filter be greyed out? I have never seen that happen before,

Check that the worksheet is not protected.

Sheet protected?

No, the worksheet is not protected. And there is not more than one sheet

Do you have a workbook open? Autofilter won't work if you don't have

I believe you got it with the ToolsOptionsView
