Default Excel Formulas are showing relative address, rather than absolute

The formula bar is showing relative addresses - eg =sum(R[-136]C;R etc,
rather than relative addresses, eg =sum(A1:B3). I must have inadvertenly
clicked a check box. How do I make it revert, please?
