Default cut & paste IF?

I have 10 work books 7 columns in each of 60 to 100 rows (variable). The last
column counts the work a number between 1 and 20.
How can I select only the rows over 12 and paste the rest of that row into
another workbook?

Could do a sort then cut & paste
