Searching long data base list.
I have a large client data base of last name, first name, and address. I
send out alot of mailings, and get some back return to sender, is there a way to look up those particular names without having to go through the whole list that I have? |

Try autofilter

Searching long data base list.
Highlight the Name column, then do Edit Find and fill in the menu
