Default Excel Formular help

I am trying to reference dates within a spreadshett that fall per fanancial
year and return it as a number representing the quarter of the year for which
it falls.

For eample if I have a date in column A
A B
12/27/2005
04/28/2005
07/28/2005
10/28/2005

In colume B I would like it to identify what part of the financial year
(between April to march. Therefore the B column for the above would show

B
Q4 05
Q1 05
Q3 05
Q3 05

Can any one help.
