Default If Sheet1 column is marked complete, display entire row on Sheet2?

I'm not sure of the best way to go about doing this in Excel 2003

Lets say, on Sheet 1, I have a row of client projects. On them, I mark
column L with "Complete" for complete.

I would like Sheet 2 to only display clients from Sheet 1 that have
the "Complete" in column L.

Any ideas?

Thank you
