Default Formatting A Cell

I have added shadow to some cells. Now I want to remove the shadow. However,
the "no shadow" slection is greyed out. Can someone help me with this?

Can someone help me with this?


Click on the border of the shadowed area... then click on the Shadow Style
icon and "No Shadow" should now be selectable.
